For Services and Courses:
Upon booking a service or course with Srà Brows, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment or enrollment. This deposit serves as a commitment fee, reserving your spot in our schedule or course roster. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, this deposit will not be refunded.

Late Arrival Policy:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we kindly request that clients arrive promptly for their scheduled appointments or courses. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment/course, and the non-refundable deposit will be forfeited.
